확인 내역
1. Exchange Active Sync 설정 확인 결과 이상 없음
2. 443/80 port 이상 없음
3. DNS 이상 없음
4. services.msc에서 RPC Client Access Service 확인 결과 종료됨
서비스 실행 후 정상 작동 확인
문제 원인 : Microsoft 공식 홈페이지 관련 내용에는 정확하게 표현되지 아니하고 있으나,

해결 방법 : EOS 이전단계일 경우 Exchange CA Upgrade를 통해 가능할 수도 있으나, 지원이 종료되었으므로
동일한 문제가 발생할 경우 가능하시다면 RCP 관련 서비스가 종료되어 있는지 확인 후 실행 해보시기를 권장 드립니다.
